Vent drill bits for tire mold cleaning
Our drill bits for tire mold cleaning are high speed steel cobalt (Hss/Co) and have undergone a special heating process that makes them specifically suitable for the drilling and cleaning of vent holes in both steel and aluminium tire molds.
- Diameter range: 0.4 mm – 3.0 mm (for side walls drilling and agro tire molds);
- Helix range: 10 mm – 350 mm (tire mold deep drilling);
- Length range: 40 mm – 400 mm (extra long drills);
- Standard or Parabolic helix geometry.
